My Story

Hi, I’m Basil L. Dallas, Sr. (Baz), and I’ve spent my life turning bold ideas into reality. My story begins in Kingston, Jamaica, where I grew up watching my mother, a Peddler/Higgler and Pardna Banker, and my father, a Hackney Carriage (taxi operator), work tirelessly to support life and family. Their small business spirit inspired me to ask a simple yet powerful question: “What if?”

That question has guided me through every challenge and opportunity, from serving nearly 15years in the Jamaican military to launching ventures, helping others, and embracing life’s lessons.

Today, with over 40 years of skills in Law Pro-se, Immigration, Income Tax and Business, & Financial Consulting, I’m still asking, “What if?” I’m exploring the Digital Economy, experimenting with AI, and learning every day that failure isn’t an end, it’s a stepping stone to success.

EmergedBOLD is my way of sharing what I’ve learned so far. Through stories of curiosity, resilience, and mentorship, I hope to inspire you to take bold steps toward your dreams.
